Moving Beyond Scan & Spam as Twitter Marketing Strategies

Today, if you look at a lot of CVB's Twitter accounts, you see a familiar pattern. They respond to people that are tweeting key words (like the name of a destination) and tell them to have fun or 'be sure to visit [name of destination highlight.'

They really should move beyond this 'scan and spam' approach to building genuine relationships that will pay dividends beyond a single trip.
