THE global economic crisis could help to alleviate Africa’s brain drain, with many African migrants deciding the grass was not necessarily greener abroad and coming home to reconstruct the continent, President Jacob Zuma said yesterday as he opened the annual World Economic Forum on Africa in Cape Town.
