Tiny startup in Cleveland makes beer in a way few others do in U.S.

Matt and Kathy Chappel launched the Indigo Imp Brewery late last year and are the only employees. They use a homemade seven-barrel brewing system to produce unfiltered, bottle-conditioned beer.
