Kobe, Jan 9, 2009 (JCN) - A solar-power-assisted cargo vessel, installed with a system developed by Nippon Yusen, known as NYK Line, and Nippon Oil Corporation, has set sail from Japan in what appears to be the world's first ocean-going transition to solar electric power.
