Soot: The IPCC’s Dirty Little Secret

As the question of what the United States will do to address global warming is debated, the issue of soot has suddenly been discovered. The problem is that correcting soot pollution, which could have a very significant impact on the world’s glaciers, doesn’t feed global warming/climate change scientists’ families.
