By 2030, the Swedish state-owned power company Vattenfall has plans to increase its production from fossil-based fuels by 70 percent and its nuclear power production by 60 percent. Reading the Vattenfall Annual report for 2008, you get the impression that the power company is “Making electricity green”. Unfortunatly, this is not true. We explain why.
