accountOn July 11, Avaya announced availability in the continental US of AvayaLive Connect, their new cloud-based communication solution. I had seen a demo of this back in March at Enterprise Connect 2012, but that was a quick fly-by in a busy keynote. The announcement offered a free 30-day trial, so I was immediately on that offer.
