COLLABORATIVE MANAGEMENT (CM)
Collaborative Management (CM) is a business strategy that aims at networking capacity as an essential component of the competition processes; needs a creative synthesis between competition and collaboration; and so rejects the concept of technology without innovation.
The winner is the one that gets there first and shows originality of vision and the ability to translate that vision into reality. But to win is impossible without sharing data, information, points of view, and knowledge.
