CONSUMER LENDING
Consumer lending refers to making a wide range of secured and unsecured loans to consumer for specific consumable items, which includes cars, boats, home equity, signature loans, recreational vehicles, etc. Consumer lending does not include mortgage loans and are different from commercial loans, which are calculated on a daily basis, rather than 12 monthly payments.
