New Century Learning Consortium

The New Century Learning Consortium will assist with the implementation of high quality, large-scale online and blended learning programs at a limited number of small and mid-sized colleges and universities. This initiative will begin with six charter institutions which are committed to developing vigorous online and blended learning initiatives to expand the student base and stabilize enrollments
