EMPLOYEE REFERRAL

Most organizations leverage their employees' networks of friends and family to recruit but far fewer tap this source to its fullest potential. Many experts believe that 30% to 40% of all external hires should come from employee referral programs. Still fewer organizations track and maintain relationships with top "alumni" select past employees who might be convinced to return or at least refer others. Employee referral and alumni programs can offer enormous return on investment.
