This is a recession being brought upon the world by dysfunctional fiscal policies in Washington DC and Europe. Despite all the touchy feely press conferences and rallies nothing was solved.

Europe remains exactly where they were before the summit. Except for promises to finish negotiations and fill in the details over the next three months nothing substantial was achieved.
