The Greeks Have Not Delivered That's a Fact: MEP

Dr. Wolf Klinz, member of the European parliament for the FDP, told CNBC, "I think everybody is disillusioned and disappointed and there is for that reason talk about appointing a special envoy to look after Greece and help the government to really come forward with the necessary reform set, so far the Greeks have not delivered, that's a fact."
