account6/30/08: The George Kaiser Family Foundation has announced a $25 million gift to be spread among Tulsa's state higher education campuses. The gift consists of $4 million for Tulsa Community College, $9 million for the three Tulsa-area affiliates of Oklahoma State University and $12 million for the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa.
