The Platts survey of what OPEC produced the prior month showed a significant decline, and it wasn't all from Libya. The scope of declines in demand worldwide--and the assumption is that is occuring at these price levels--is still a bit vague. But there are few analysts who think demand is declining at the rate OPEC supply is falling.
