Huntsman and Hexion Take On the Banks

Oct. 15, 2008: The stars are lining up nicely for New York litigation later this month by Huntsman and Hexion Specialty Chemicals against Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, the two banks that agreed to finance Huntsman's troubled acquisition by Hexion and now likely have a big case of lenders’ remorse.
