KPO firms provide expertise in the processes they perform and often make low level business decisions. The global KPO sector is expected to grow to significantly with estimates ranging from $10 billion (ASSOCHAM) to $17 billion by 2010. India is expected to corner a lion’s share of the overall knowledge process outsourcing market.
