When the bottle's directions say apply a light coat of lotion, I thought to myself if a little is good, a lot is better. Of course the only thing that was better lies in my mind, that I didn't miss a spot somewhere. It's this fear of not missing a spot that makes many of us to go over the top when doing things. And frankly men are the worst at making this mistake.
