The living standards of many Chinese cities are rising very quickly. So we were intrigued by the list of cities named by Chinese news portal JRJ as China’s top cities for lavish living. There are some recognizable (and expected) names while others you will likely hear more of in the near future. Topping the list is Shanghai — to no one’s surprise, of course.
