U.S. News & World Report Whacks Frequency

U.S. News & World Report is whacking its rate base to 1.5 million from 2 million this year, while cutting its frequency to 36 issues from 46. "I'm not surprised" says Robin Steinberg, an exec with advertising firm MediaVest. "This category has migrated to the Web."
