Google Says Motorola Cuts Will Cost More Than Expected

Google said Thursday that severance and other costs related to layoffs at Motorola Mobility, the unprofitable cellphone maker owned by Google, would cost more than it originally thought. It also said it would broaden its restructuring plans outside the United States.
