Netbooks are the wildly popular small, inexpensive notebooks designed primarily for Web access, such as Asus's Eee PC, HP's Mini-Note, and Acer's Acer One. Netbooks typically have less processing power than full-featured notebooks and limited ability to run resource-intensive operating systems.
