Payroll Tax Cut to Expire

As Congress continues to fight over the details of the nation's budget in an attempt to reduce the deficit, one item under consideration seems to be expendable to both parties: the Payroll Tax Cut. Despite almost constant disagreement between the two parties, both Democrats and Republicans seem to be prepared to agree to let this tax cut expire.
