ANDREW BUTTERS

Andrew has served as a Regional HR Manager and HR Manager for technology based companies such as Siemens Limited and Societe Internationale de Telecommunication Aeronautique, where he assumed the HR responsibility for the entire African region.
He currently runs his own HR practice called Pretty Much People as well as serving as a Director for a reward management company. He has a passion for people development and to this end serves as a consultant, coach, trainer and professional speaker.

Andrew is a registered Psychometrist with the Health professions council of SA, a mentor and Chartered HR Practitioner at the SABPP as well as a professional speaker with the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa.
