My professional experiences includes 15+ years working closely with the Venture Capital community and select LBO Firms recruiting executives for companies experiencing dynamic growth. I was instrumental in launch of human capital services of newly created private equity fund and have led business development efforts for newly formed diversified recruiting company. Before starting my career in the Search business, I was an environmental research scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratories studying A Comparison of Intra and Extra Amoebic Bacteria.
