Retail Potential was started by our founder in 2005 to:

1) Provide retail expertise to Independent retailers
2) Provide consultancy to larger retailers
3) Help bring new products and services to the retail market

Geographic networking groups - private groups of geographically based retailers that want to discuss ideas and themes in confidence, with their local retail businesses

The community is split into three membership levels of support and access:

Gold – “Total Retail Support” Access to all the services and support offered by the programme
Silver – The Retail inspection, Customer surveys, Staff surveys and the Retailing Skills Profile, plus the bronze benefits
Bronze – Retail networking, training and news

All the members have their own profile that enables them to add all the information about themselves and their business.
