I've been testing software, and developing testing tools, for over 17 years. I am a firm believer in sapient testing by thinking human beings and the power of automation. I seek to balance the use of people and machines to most effectively satisfy each testing mission. I value user satisfaction while keeping business needs in view.

I am a member of the Association for Software Testing and the context-driven school of testing. I have enjoyed working with software development teams in government, big business, and small business.
