BENNETT A. REISS IBERICO 雷贝恩

First and foremost, I identify myself as global citizen with an entrepreneurial spirit at heart. I’m a Peruvian-American living in Shanghai, China trying to accomplish my LT goal of building bridges between Latin America and Greater Asia (with a focus on China in Asia) in the worlds of business, finance, politics and personal relations between everyday people in both regions.

I build relations with trustworthy people of integrity between these two worlds in order work to reconcile cultural differences and help both sides understand one another.

Currently working as the Director of Latin American Operations at SSC Timber, a French/ HK founded company which operates primarily from Shanghai, China. SSC Timber is a player in the international trade of tropical wood and forestry management in Africa and Latin America.

My overlying goal for the next few years is to build a global network. Establish collaborative partnerships with honest and good people involved in international commodity trade, finance, investments, the wine and spirits industry, journalism and people with a strong passion for what they do in this world.
