<description><![CDATA[I am a technologist by trade, a designer in practice, and an entrepreneur at heart. I am currently starting a new R&D team at McGraw-Hill to explore disruptive opportunities in higher education.
Previously, I led the development of social media and dynamic publishing applications at BusinessWeek Digital. Business Exchange is our first product built using agile development methodologies and on top of a new XML-based content application platform.
Prior to joining BusinessWeek in 2007, I led the technology strategy and solution architecture practice for The Grow Network, a K-12 assessment reporting and personalized instruction startup that was acquired by McGraw-Hill in 2004.
Before jumping into education -- the Tse family business, I co-founded three other technology startups: a database consulting shop, a messaging software company, and a network security research firm. I hold a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University. I live in and am still very much addicted to New York City.]]></description>
