Founder of seven businesses, including The Income Tax School providing quality tax preparation curriculum and e-learning nationwide. 40 years of executive-level experience in the tax industry. Co-Author of two nationally distributed books on adult career education and numerous nationally and locally published articles on small business management. Adjunct faculty member of several colleges and universities. Community volunteer and founder of several successful community service initiatives, including the Virginia Council of CEOs. Recipient of the BBB award for Marketplace Integrity and the Samuel Dibert award for communitty service from Commonwealth Catholic Charities. Executive MBA degree and doctoral studies in business (ABD). Entered college at age 31 as a HS dropout and graduated Summa Cum Laude #1 in class of 141 adults. Married for 40+ years with two grown children and one grandchild, all living in Richmond.
