Collin J Childress, Esq. has extensive experience in international business and law, with a professional focus in the area of international entrepreneurship. Collin has worked multiple times as a business consultant and legal counsel in China and Brazil, recently structuring the offshore entry of a foreign invested enterprise into the restricted industry of Chinese advertising. Collin has previous experience managing the legal affairs and the fund raising and business development efforts of a biotechnology start-up, focused in the area of cancer stem cells and drug discovery. Prior to his work as a legal and business consultant to entrepreneurial start-ups in the areas of biotechnology and global advertising, Collin was employed at a major Orthopedic device company where he worked in the areas of Strategic Marketing, Business Development, and Corporate Compliance. Collin has a BA from the University of Tennessee, a JD from the Cumberland School of Law and an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of International Management. Collin is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in the District of Columbia.
