DANIEL BEIDER

I am the Chairman and a Senior Managing Director of Paramount Lodging Advisors. Besides hoping to change the way hotel advisory work is done globally, I happen to be a huge fan of baseball (the Chicago Cubs) and all types of music.

Our company was built to try to shift a paradigm in the field of hotel advisory work. My background in ownership and operations led to experiences less than satisfying with brokers and advisors, mostly in either their lack of knowledge in the hotel business model, their lack of cooperation with other advisors and/or a simple lack of ethics, all leading of course to it being impossible for them to properly advocate for the owner of the property being sold. True advocacy and value creation is what our business is built on first and foremost.

Through our consulting and brokerage platforms, Paramount has become a trusted resource for a number of lenders, special servicers and investors who need hotel expertise outsourced. The ability to assist in enhancing value as a consultant via a number of different routes assists us as brokers in ultimately driving pricing for sellers through knowledge and experience, both of the industry and intimately of the asset.
