I'm a Manufacturing Generalist who has "done it all." For more than 20 years, I was responsible at various times for the following areas for a national metal parts manufacturing trade association: marketing, human resources, environmental compliance, worker safety and health, worker training, government affairs, information technology, industry benchmarking, and financial & statistical data-collection, interpretation and dissemination.

I am currently working to educate small- to mid-size U.S. metal parts manufacturers on the challenges and opportunities of doing business in China, and helping them to implement globalization strategies which emphasize long-term, mutually beneficial personal and professional relationships which transform the typically adversarial buyer – seller relationship into one of mutual respect, shared vision and demonstrable growth opportunities for all parties.
