DAVID RICHTER, CPA

Mr. Richter has been involved in the multimedia industry since 1997, when he transitioned from a software engineer to a video technician at Motorola. While there, Mr. Richter was responsible for promoting MYA, a voice-activated Internet assistant. Mr. Richter is also the Co-Founder of two other media firms: By Inc., which creates and sells stock content (video and images) and presentation software; and Richter Bros. Pictures, which specializes in documentaries and independent features.

Mr. Richter is a pioneer in the multimedia space, most notably through his creation of one of the industry's first fully immersive interactive CD-ROMS for Comdisco in 1999. He remains committed to the democratization of multimedia technology and is presently spearheading a major effort with his partner and brother, Jeremy Richter, to develop a 21st century enterprise presentation application.
