I founded The Employee Engagement Network and we have almost 500 members in about 7 months.

I work primarily in Canada but I have travelled to various spots in the world to enhance and foster engagement.

I am currently working on developing employee engagement curriculum for Japan and Korea.

In addition, I also teach Crucial Conversations in partnership with Shared Visions.
