• Proven experience in defining technology/tools, designing and delivering large content management software systems.
• Experience in designing and developing enterprise applications for J2EE platform using Struts and spring framework, MVC architecture, Java, JSP, Servlets and EJB
• Strong understanding of UML, Rational product suite, SOA, common industry wide application frameworks, and integration techniques with various legacy systems
• Strong knowledge of current architectural and design patterns, best practices and re-factoring
• Expert knowledge of Web architecture and J2EE based technologies including open standards capabilities
• Proven experience in identifying and solving performance issues, technology gaps
• Experience in J2EE application server development
• Experience in development of JVM (JDK1.2)
• Experience in mananging highly complex projects, onsite & offshore teams
