Don Cleland CPA has over 15 years' experience in Utilities. He has implemented or upgraded financial and billing systems at Utilities in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia. Most recently he was Product Manager in the Public Sector division of Infor Global Solutions.

Don has worked with a number of different vendors to deliver optimal solutions to more than a dozen Utilities, both water and energy, as well as Federal, State and local government. Don has worked independently, as a team member, and as a team manager.

Currently Don advises governments and publicly-owned utilities on software selection for their billing, permitting, licensing and CRM activities.
