<description><![CDATA[Donald Schwartz has been a Web Marketing Consultant and Director of Marketing at his own company, Imagelink Productions since 1993. Previously he was involved with shooting, directing, producing, and writing videos for clients such as IBM, AT&T, Major League Baseball, Entertainment Tonight, Financial News Network, and Dudley-Anderson-Yutzey. His documentary film, Louie was broadcst on PBS. Among his honors, Donald was Director of Photography for the Emmy-award winning American Cities Against Drugs and recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts grant. He was also Techincal Director for choreographer Merce Cunningham's Deli Commedia, which was broadcast on PBS's Great Performances, and a blue ribbon Emmy panelist for news and Documentary Films.
Donald hosted NYC ACM SIGGRAPH's "Animator's Boot Camp & Field Manual Workshop" at The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. In April 08, he moderated a panel for IGDA NYC titled “Getting Your Share of the Money – Game Developers in Virtual Worlds,” and in June 09
moderated a panel for Social Media Club NYC: “Social Media’s Return On Investment – When Will We Get Buy-in?”
Donald has served as the coordinator of the Technology Forum at FastCompany.com. In his role as coordinator he moderated a call-in titled: “Next Generation Interaction: Are Virtual Worlds Waiting in the Wings?”
Donald has a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and has taken graduate courses in journalism at Columbia University. Evidence of his skill as a writer can be found in the March/April edition of NY Arts magazine, Brooklyn's Progress and The New York Enterprise Report. Mr. Schwartz also received a Certificate in Marketing from New York University.]]></description>
