ERIC FITZGERALD

Fitzgerald has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been involved in the private equity investment community for eleven years. Over his eleven year career in private equity Fitzgerald has been responsible for more than $1 billion in fund commitments across a broad spectrum of PE sectors including venture capital, growth equity, leveraged buyouts, power & energy, and secondary funds. He joined MetLife from Thomas Weisel Partners in 2008, where he was one of three partners responsible for their private equity fund of funds program.

Prior to his role with TWP, Fitzgerald was the senior analyst for Liberty Mutual's Private Equity Markets group. Prior to his private equity career, Fitzgerald spent nine years with Fidelity Investments. While at Fidelity, he held various roles in their Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Retail Services divisions.
