I have seven years of training in human potential, motivation, and ethics. My approach to software development quality is scientific, measurable, professional, and straight to the point. I’ve grown from positions in technical writing and project management onto a path to quality management.

Outside of BusinessWeek in my personal time, I coach classes in inductive problem solving, study mathematics & science history, work chess problems, and code projects in C++. I participate in an advanced goal-setting program that enables me accelerated advancement in these areas of my life.
