I have over 15 years of experience in the Securities Lending industry gained within the Asset Management, Capital Markets, Global Custody, Investment Banking, and IT sectors based in Chicago, Frankfurt, London and Zurich.

I have great knowledge of the trading, collateral management, operations, and product development areas of the Securities Lending business and have a strong familiarity with the end to end operations lifecycle. I have experience of dealing with external and internal clients including the trading, risk management, sales and client relationship management teams as well as working alongside audit, legal, technology and operational partners.

Experience of coordinating the various components of multiple strategic initiatives across geographic regions. I have been involved in new projects from inception until in full production and I have experience in utilising the Software Development Life Cycle methodology and all MS Office applications for the management and monitoring of projects.

Evaluated new trading opportunities (new markets, asset classes, and new product types) which has required interaction with representatives from various exchanges, regulatory bodies, technology vendors, central depositories, tri-party collateral agents, global custodians, third party service providers and fund managers, attending industry conferences, conducting internal data and volume analysis, investigating strategic opportunities and reporting to senior management.

Key facilitator between business, operational and technology groups.I have built partnerships with business areas to prioritise and specify innovative solutions, challenge existing business processes and requirements, and have provided consultancy and training to clients and end- users on the optimum use of systems.
