I have 20 years experience of the Securities Lending industry gained within Asset Management, Capital Markets, Global Custody, Investment Banking, and IT sectors based in Chicago, Frankfurt, London and Zurich.

Knowledge of the trading, collateral management, operations, and product development areas of the Securities Lending business together with a strong familiarity of the end-to-end operations lifecycle. I have experience of dealing with external and internal clients including the trading, risk management, sales and client relationship as well as working alongside audit, legal, technology and operational partners. I have experience of coordinating the various components of multiple strategic initiatives across geographic regions.

I have been involved in new projects from inception until in full production. Evaluated new trading opportunities (new markets, asset classes, and new product types) which has required interaction with representatives from various exchanges, regulatory bodies, technology vendors, central securities depositories, tri-party collateral agents, global custodians, third party service providers & asset managers, attending industry conferences, conducting internal data and volume analysis, investigating strategic opportunities and reporting to senior management.

I am a facilitator between business, operational and technology groups and I have built partnerships with business areas to prioritise and specify innovative solutions, challenge existing business processes and requirements, and have provided consultancy and training to clients and end- users on the optimum use of systems.
