Eng in Civil Engineering, Gerard Ezinwoke brings a unique understanding of commercial and industrial real estate and the property investment industries to Cushman and Wakefield.

Gerard with his unique understanding and started his career in 1997 as a Property Investment Analyst in the UK. Gerard has experience in the Canadian and UK markets, has worked on large sized projects from $20miilion to $1Bn, which have earned him top sales performance awards for ten consecutive years.

Through Gerard’s professional affiliations and memberships he is an accomplished public speaker, speaking on topics ranging from “Business Development in a crisis economy” to “Negotiation” and “The art of deal making”. Gerard enjoys giving back to the community through his public speaking engagements with high school students with Junior Achievement Canada.
