Born in Bogota-Colombia moved at an early age to New York City where dedicated my time to learn Real Estate and financing. Opened a Real Estate company in Astoria Queens NY and offered residential Real Estate services until 1991.

Relocated to Miami Florida in 1991 and founded Quality Service Realty, Inc. a real estate brokerage firm to offer residential real estate services to South Florida residents.

We are experiencing a very strong buyer's market and to assist first time buyers and experienced investors Henry Diez launched a website www.qualityservicerealty.com to provide up to date information on Foreclosures, bank owned proerties and governmet owned properties.
In 2001 founded Academia Educacional de Real Estate, Inc. a company design to train and develop top producers in the real estate and mortgage industries.
Since its foundation The Academia Educacional de Real Estate has trained and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals and Independent Agents.
