Jacoline developed an expertise in strategy while with Deloitte and her MBA thesis on the topic was published by Cambridge University and selected as an award winner at the Cambridge’s European Strategy & Operations Conference.

Jacoline joined Investec, a South African merchant banking firm which was the Fastest Growing Company for the 4 years, as Corporate Strategist, reporting to the CEO. She designed strategy processes and rolled them out. She then set up her own company, Strategy International, and assisted many blue chip companies with strategic planning.
She was listed in Leading Women of South Africa and nominated for “Business Woman of the Year”. In 2009, Jacoline was nominated for Women in Capital Markets entrepreneurship award and RBC Entrepreneur award.
