JENNIFER L. SAFFER

Jennifer L. Saffer, the founder of J.L. Saffer, P.C. ("JLSPC"), is an experienced, versatile, tough, sophisticated, and insightful litigator. Jen works with businesses and individuals of all kinds and advises clients with respect to and litigates on their behalf in bankruptcy cases, corporate restructurings, civil litigation, and appeals in federal courts and state courts. She has particular experience representing hedge funds, private equity funds, broker-dealers, indenture trustees, and others in the financial industry, as well as shareholders, and directors and officers in a verity of industries.

Jen has over 15 years of extensive experience as a bankruptcy litigator. Jen represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Her practice runs the gamut from complex commercial matters to disputes involving wills and estates, and nearly everything in between. Jen's experience includes advising on and litigating disputes involving, for example, structured finance products; other securities; commercial lending; civil RICO; securities fraud; business torts (e.g., fraud; tortious interference, etc.); fraudulent transfers; D&O issues, breach of fiduciary duty and corporate governance; employment compensation and discrimination; real estate; trusts and estates; and breach of contract & other commercial torts.
