Before co-founding NetCommissions, I was responsible for strategic marketing with Centive. During my tenure, the company introduced the industries first ‘net native' EIM platform and was the first to embrace 'process automation' as a critical element of the sales compensation process. Before Incentive Systems, I spent several years at Millipore Corp (division of Merck) in various roles inclucding Product Management, Sales & Operations Management and leading several TQM based Process Improvement initiatives. I have a BSME from the University of Massachusetts and a MBA from Northeastern University. I am married, the proud father of two children, active with my daughter's school (Melmark NewEngland), Scoutmaster of my son's boy scout troop (Troop 702 Reading) and an avid outdoorsman.
