I am the founder and CEO of WorkLifeBalance.com, a leader in Work-Life Balance Training and related Time, Stress and Change management training. The focus on work-life balance for leaders and employees comes from understanding fully the interconnection between the people side and the financial side of the organization.
I've founded and lead two successful startups generating over $100 million in revenue and assisted in several others. In doing so, as well as in our current work the approach is to champion achievement and enjoyment, not one or the other. Since 1991, WorkLifeBalance.com has worked with some of the world's most successful organizations to achieve their critical enterprise objectives while enabling their people to get greater value and balance from both their professional and personal lives.
Our efforts have been recognized as pioneering in the work-life field. I have appeared or been quoted frequently in media throughout the world including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, USA Today, Christian Science Monitor and ABC.
I am an avid salt-water sports fisherman and spend much of my free time in the Florida Keys, fishing the flats.
