<description><![CDATA[Laura London: Seated Back Flys. This is the first in the series of Laura London challenges. The Seated Back Fly challenge involves completing as many continuous flys as possible whilst balancing on an exercise ball. The exercise must be performed with excellent form, as per the video below, and safety is paramount. The weights to be used are as follows:-Women = 2 x 5kgs dumbbellsMen = 2 x 10kgs dumbbells.The challenge winner is the competitor who completes the most continuous seated bicep flys.
