Kimo was a Global Offering Manager at IBM for 3 years working as a Product Manager of managers and as a team member was responsible for $450 million dollars in revenue for IBM in 2003.

Kimo was a Regional Manager of Business Development at RSM McGladrey for 4 years, The seventh largest accounting/consulting firm in the nation. He specialized in the areas of groupware, and knowledge management with Lotus Notes

He is the Co-leader of Lift Up America (Austin Chapter) a 501c3 dedicated to helping less fortunate families and their children with mentoring and education.
