Joel Libava, Franchise Selection Specialists Inc. 2nd generation President, brings real world franchise industry experience to his clients, coming from a franchise management background in the automobile and restaurant/hospitality industries.

Joel works with folks all over the country that are in "career pain," and who want to explore owning their own business. His expertise is in the business model of franchise ownership. His goal is to move as many people as he can away from a "job" and into a position of control-business ownership.

Joel is on the board of directors for SAW Inc, a Cleveland non-profit, and is a member of The Cleveland Social Media Club. His presentations on franchising and small business are energizing to say the least, factual, and involve no-spin.
